RJ Laws & Sons Bookstore, better known as 'Laws Bookstore' was initially opened in early 1969 at its current location at #6 Cayon Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts by Mr. Franklin James Laws. Since then, Laws Bookstore has formed an integral part of the fabric that provides textbooks and other educational supplies to students within the Federation of Saint Kitts-Nevis and other islands within the Eastern Caribbean. With the advent of e-commerce and its rapid growth during the recent pandemic, a decision was made to create the RJ Laws & Sons: E-Bookstore. This foray into e-commerce will enable Laws Bookstore to better serve its customers by offering services that are more robust, efficient and yet affordable. With this iteration, students within the Federation of St. Kitts-Nevis and the wider Eastern Caribbean can now look forward to easy access to traditional textbooks and more importantly e-textbooks. We look forward to continuing serving our customers via this new platform.

Our Story
RJ Laws & Sons Bookstore, commonly known as Laws Bookstore, was founded in 1969 by Mr. Franklin James Laws at its current location on #6 Cayon Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts. Over the years, the bookstore has become an integral part of the educational community, providing textbooks and various learning materials to students across the Federation of Saint Kitts-Nevis and the Eastern Caribbean.
With the rise of e-commerce, we launched the RJ Laws & Sons: E-Bookstore, allowing us to reach more students and offer a wider selection of traditional and e-textbooks. Our goal is to enhance the shopping experience by making educational resources more accessible and affordable to students, especially during the ongoing digital transformation.
